Customers Please Note: Customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and fees that would normally be charged for products purchased in the US. Please check with your country's customs department for more information. We do ship International Orders through the Postal Service as they charge only a fraction of the Duties and Customs fees that Courier Companies charge for International Shipments.

The customer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and any other storage or custom related fees. We recommend that non-U.S. Motorcycle Leathers Now customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and supplied. Refused shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee. We are sorry, but we are unable to refund the shipping charges on refused shipments.

Shipping Policy

For Canada and The United States, shipping time for Regular Deliveries are approximately 7 - 10 business days while Priority shipments are usually delivered in 4 - 7 business days. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. These delivery times are approximations only, and it is possible for some deliveries to take longer than stated. For International orders, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date due to the different policies of custom departments in each country. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on US civic holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please Note: Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses in the United States. Local custom duties and taxes may apply for Non-U.S. Customers (please see Customs and Duties section above).

Returns, Exchanges and Guarantees

Motorcycle Leathers Now wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer this simple 15 Day Product Exchange / Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days from the date your order was received. Before returning an item, please follow the return instructions below and include a copy of the invoice that was shipped along with the products you are returning. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use.

When we have received your returned products, we will issue a credit to your credit card equaling the cost of the item. Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. In the event that The Motorcycle Leathers Now ships an incorrect item, however, please email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no charge.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned product for the credit to be issued to your credit card. We will refund the credit as soon as we receive and process your return, however, your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement.

Clearance Sale Items: Clearance Sale Items can be returned for Store Credit Only.
Unauthorized Returns: All authorized returns will have NO restocking fee, however, any unauthorized returns may be refused or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Defective Merchandise: If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 3 days, we also recommend that you email pictures for our reference. Defective items will not be accepted back for return or exchange after the 3 days. In the event that we do send you a defective item we will authorize a prepaid shipping label, once the item has been inspected and confirmed defective we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you. Motorcycle Leathers Now in its sole discretion, will determine whether the returned products are in fact defective. Motorcycle Leathers Now is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective will be returned to you at your expense.
Returns: We offer a 15 day return policy; please notify us within this time if you would like to return your purchase for a refund. All returns for refund must be received back within 15 days of the RA# being issued, any return received after the 15 days will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. All returns must have an RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. If a return does not have an RA number the package may be refused or sent back to you at your expense.
Promotions: Please note any free merchandise/promotion we offer with our products is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

In most cases, we try to ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner.
