Motorcycle Rain Wear
When it comes to “Singing in the Rain” on your motorcycle the only thing you want to be able to say to yourself is “ I sure am glad I bought that rain gear” and then you pull off to the side of the road and pull it out then put it on and get back to your ride. There is not a more uncomfortable ride than being wet…well maybe cold and wet. For this reason alone, you should invest in a rain suit, they are not expensive and come in handy when you need them. If you know it is going to rain before you start your ride then you can put your suit on before you even hit the road.
The suits are very light in weight, made with waterproof PVC coated nylon in the jacket and have reflective material on the front and back for safety riding so other drivers can see you on the road, they also have DURATEX heat shield patches on the trousers which have an elastic waist. You should check the sizing charts since this is something you are wearing over your clothes, but, usually you will find that companies making the rain suits are very good with having the larger sizes available for you to select. Think of your passenger too, they should also be able to enjoy the ride and be able to stay as dry as they can as they ride with you on the motorcycle. The prices are reasonable and your passenger is worth the price. They come in a variety of colors too. If you take long rides, the suit folds up small to fit in your saddlebags, a portable suitcase that fits the motorcycle. Rain gear and wear really can make the difference between a comfortable ride and one that you watch from inside a restaurant. You will notice that once your clothes get wet, without rain protection on you realize very quickly how cold it becomes, as the day comes to an end. Small things bother you like the flapping of your sleeves suddenly hurt because your skin is wet. To get more information on motorcycle rain wear check us out.
