Motorcycle Accessories – Clothing & Leather
Just think you spent all this time getting your bike and riding gear, you started with the basic necessities and that was the helmet, the jacket, and the boots. These things are actually essentials if you want to have a safe ride and protect yourself from getting hurt. Now it comes down to the things you do not have to have, but, it sure is fun looking at them and picking them up along the way. These are called the accessories, every rider whether they admit it or not must have a new gadget, bobble or pin when they go on a ride, a benefit, or a vacation. Here are examples of a few: The “skull cap” can be leather or cloth and in the cloth variety you can choose from quite a selection of designs. The leather ones are nice too so check them out for your personal choice. Skull caps are worn under your helmet, if your state requires you wear one. The skull cap helps control your hair and it helps control the sweat, especially in the heat from having the helmet on. Helmets, if you are not use to one fit snuggly on the scalp. “Caps” are usually found in leather and look sharp with a vest. This is something you would wear after you got off your bike and were going in to a place or hanging around outside with a bunch of riders. It would be too bulky to wear under your helmet. “Gloves”, another important accessory for your hands come in multiple styles. You are able to get leather and cloth depending on the weather and again your personal choice. You can have gloves with or without fingers, some drivers use the fingerless gloves to have a better grip on the handles or if they use gadgets on their bike that they need their fingertips to adjust they want them available. You can also have a pair of gloves with fringe on them. This would be a nice set if your jacket had fringe or your chaps had fringe the gloves would help complete the set. Accessories can be fun and make great gifts so keep your eyes out for new items.
