Sturgis revs up for motorbike rally

Aug 4 – The 68th annual Sturgis Motorcycle rally in South Dakota is in top gear with the streets jammed with leather clad bikers. Republican presidential candidate John McCain is scheduled to attend a tribute to veterans and members of the military while the famous rally is underway. He’ll be competing to draw the crowds with Gene Simmons and Kiss at another venue a mile away.Sarah Toms reports.

The motorcycle features the 7 air-cooled Harley-Davidson Big-Twin engines from 1909 to present. Seats 10 people. Official Doc’s H-D video of the 2009 Timeline Motorcycle voyage to the Sturgis rally in South Dakota. All seven engines do run & contribute power to the motorcycle. Over 24 1/2 feet long! 538 total cubic inches, 2 front wheels, 2 rear wheels. Uses over 40 feet of chain.
