If you failed to register it or get it titled in your name then your out of luck , you will have to find the former owner and tell them to request a duplicate title.  If you brought it from a dealer you can go try getting paperwork from the dealer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
